These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GHLVA360 website (ghlva360.com) and the GoHighLevel virtual assistant services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Overview
GHLVA360 provides GoHighLevel virtual assistant services including but not limited to: automation and workflow setup, funnel building, CRM management, sub-account configuration, email and SMS marketing setup, onboarding support, white label services, and related GoHighLevel platform tasks.
Specific services, scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work agreed upon between GHLVA360 and each client.
2. Engagement Terms
Service Agreements
All service engagements are governed by a separate service agreement or proposal. These Terms of Service apply alongside any such agreement. In the event of conflict, the specific service agreement takes precedence.
Account Access
For services requiring access to your GoHighLevel account, you agree to provide appropriate access credentials or user permissions. You are responsible for ensuring access is granted securely and only for the purposes of the engagement. GHLVA360 will not share or misuse account credentials.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access, and accurate information needed to complete work. Delays caused by lack of client response may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of GHLVA360.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. General terms:
- Project-based work is typically invoiced prior to commencement or in agreed milestones.
- Ongoing retainer or hourly engagements are invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis as agreed.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Specific pricing, payment schedules, and refund policies are detailed in individual proposals and service agreements.
4. Confidentiality & NDAs
GHLVA360 treats all client information, account access, and business details as confidential. We do not share client data, workflows, account configurations, or business information with any third party without explicit consent.
Upon request, GHLVA360 will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before beginning any engagement. All team members and VAs are bound by confidentiality agreements as a condition of their engagement with GHLVA360.
5. Intellectual Property
Work product created by GHLVA360 specifically for your engagement (funnels, workflows, automations, content) is owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
GHLVA360 retains ownership of any proprietary systems, processes, templates, or methodologies developed independently, which may be used across multiple client engagements. These are not considered work product for any individual client.
You agree not to reproduce or distribute GHLVA360's proprietary systems without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
GHLVA360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to: lost revenue, lost data, platform downtime, or errors resulting from third-party platform changes (such as GoHighLevel updates).
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
GHLVA360 is not responsible for issues caused by GoHighLevel platform outages, changes to GoHighLevel features, or third-party integrations outside our control.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, or lead generation performance from GHL configurations we build, as results depend on many factors outside our control including your offers, market, and traffic sources.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Typical notice periods range from 7 to 30 days depending on the engagement type.
Upon termination, GHLVA360 will revoke access to your account, deliver any completed work product, and issue a final invoice for work completed to date.
9. GoHighLevel Platform Disclaimer
GHLVA360 is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc. GoHighLevel® is a registered trademark of HighLevel Inc. We provide virtual assistant services to users of the GoHighLevel platform but have no official relationship with HighLevel Inc.
10. Website Use
By using ghlva360.com, you agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- Reproduce or redistribute website content without permission
- Use automated scraping tools to harvest website data
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction specified in your individual service agreement.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date.
